She told listeners it was because while she was on vacation NovaM couldn't deliver the fill-in shows; her slot was blank much of the time.

If I remember correctly, KPOJ's 12+ rating before the switch to Air America was .5.
KPOJ started playing a liner by Brian James that says Randi is back on the radio 3-6. Obviously it was recorded before he died when Randi retuned the first time.

Yeah, it is kind of...creepy hearing Brian do new liners from the grave!!! He was the announcer for a lot of stations; on a recent road trip, flipping around the dial, I heard him on a bunch of stations. Clear Channel is going to pay someone a lot of money to re-do everything eventually, on a bunch of stations. Probably already in progress.

I expect them to keep using the liners until they are no longer relevant or they are unable to edit them so they make sense.
I wonder how much KPOJ has invested in Brian's work.

It's kind of creepy, but it's also a high compliment.
His "station voice" is just excellent! Going to be a very tough act to follow.
