Maybe, 2009 will be the first year that no stations change format!

why does radiohusla have such an obsession about format changes? This is his second thread on the topic. How about a thread on what stations might do something right this year?

>>why does radiohusla have such an obsession about format changes? This is his second thread on the topic.<< Because this person is what's known as a "serial poster": They start threads then sit back to see what kind of reaction the topics get. And he/she hasn't been disappointed yet.

> why does radiohusla have such an obsession about format changes? How about this one, just for him: KBPS-AM goes to full-time Benson High School student programming, and "KPSU" is no longer carried on 1450 as a result!!

That could happen... Clark Ryan: "I know we are among the very top billers in the market, but, what the heck, let's flip KGON to Gospel!!" Jack Hutchison: "What are you smoking?" Clark: "Do you have Dave McDonald's number? I'm sure it would be a great strategy for KINK" Jack: "Let me look that up for you..."

E Dawg, you could move to New York or LA if you like those formats.. Isn't it a classic beginner mistake in radio to believe that everyone else should like the same thing as you do?

I will hazard a guess that E_dawg's post was tongue-in-cheek, but this intended tone was missed.

> They are, all day Sunday, sounds great! Yep, I have heard the Spanish programming on 1260. Maybe, it could just keep expanding and expanding until it engulfs the entire broadcast schedule!! Mwwaahh hahh hahh hahh!
