LOL!!! How are they going to control Grafitti and damages to these new public toilets??? Plus I couldn't think of a better place for Heroin addicts to shoot up their drugs than in these state of the art "Crappers".
I think the shit will hit the fan, once these crappers start opening up around downtown portland!
