Same thing with Vince Welnick, who was a member of the Tubes and played with Todd Rundgren among others, and lastly for the Grateful Dead, who treated him very, very badly due to a suicide attempt after Jerry died and drug overdoses. They left him off of their reunions and other side bands and he did finally commit suicide a couple of years ago. Really sad.
