Earning a living is fine if people want to pay him that kind of money for the type of entertainment he brings forth.

Agreed. I don't watch him either. I don't listen to talk radio as well.
I'd much rather listen to my Sirius music channels.
If you've heard one talk radio host, you've heard them all. That being said, I want to clarify it by adding that I'm referring to hosts like Rush and that type of talk radio. Doesn't matter if its left wing or right wing.
Hosts like Georgene Rice are of a different breed and I gladly listen to her.

Who cares what he makes, Fox News/News Corp. answers to it's shareholders, not the general public. Now if we someday give O'Reilly a bailout, I'll be against it.

Chris, I've never met her or heard her sing, but from listening to her on the radio, that is the impression I get of her.
I've never heard her say a mean spirited thing about anyone! Even those she might disagree with!

Just throwing this out: Georgene lost me years ago when I heard her on the air scoffing at the idea that liberal Methodists are Christians. I am one, and her disapproval is not relevant. I would refer her to the whole "judge not" thing in the Bible, not to mention the crap that Jesus took for talking with the "woman at the well," not to mention the time that Christ spent palling around with terrorists by taking up the cause of the "Good Samaritan." Georgene was in the middle of flacking for one of the anti-gay hate measures in some election. I have no idea how the vote turned out, but I haven't listened to her since.

For as much as he has done for the Dems and all $10 million isn't enough! O'LIEly along with LimBLAH and Insannity have helped more people change to Democrat and Independents over the last 2 years they're wonderful. That's why I listen to them almost every day....
