I knew about Ballot Measure 26-95 for months, but just the other day a flier arrived touting it. I'm already voting yes, but anyone else think that, given the economy and general fair-weather attitude of voters, this is going to be the toughest sale on the ballot? Yes, people are returning to college in droves because the job market sucks, and one of the points they make is the tax district is about the size of Rhode Island, but how many out there are counting their pennies and saying to themselves "y'know, I just don't have the money for this?"
