Dont bother looking, its well documented that he said time after time that McCain is his guy. Trixter is the confused voter that generally fucks up elections. Seems he should be moving to Florida and not Switzerland.

No, Trixter is a guy who figured out that McCain isn't who he thought he was. That pissed him off, and now he's expressing that. Nothing more. Hey, welcome back Trix!

No, Nancy Pelosi would not be the VP if the president was no longer able to serve. She is third in line for succession, in case something happens to both the president and the VP, but if the VP took over for the president, the Speaker remains the Speaker. But the president would nominate a new VP and the House would confirm the selection. Chances are it would not be the Speaker of the House although I suppose it's possible. Highly doubt it. Andrew

Remember what happened When Gerald Ford became President after Tricky Dick left town? Who became Vice President ? It wasnt the speaker of the house was it? Ford named Nelson Rockefellar his VP.

So a person should never change their mind when presented with new information? Well, Yes they can change their mind, but Someone like Trix who starts a thread like this saying that 55 MILLION of you idiots did in 2004 so I'm sure at least 75% of you still haven't learned.... We're DOOMED!" Yet just a few months ago Trixter was in love with Mccain, calling him, and I quote, "His Boy". C'mon Trix, make up your mind, are you for Mccain or against him. You're constantly flip flopping. Which one is it?

I think Trix has been pretty clear on where he stands with McCain currently. I think he's also deeply disappointed in McCain too. I truly feel John is dealing with symptoms of his age. Some senior citizens handle this time in their lives better than others when it comes to their cognitive abilities. McCain comes across to me with early signs of dementia. Can't medically prove it, just been around enough elderly in my life to recognize what I think are signs of it.

McDuh: I think that you've been around here long enough to know who (and what) Trix does and doesn't support. edit add: Some time ago, I used to actually like McSame for his attention to, and strong positive views of Native American affairs. Not that I ever considered him presidential material, but just maybe he could've been "my guy" if he'd have made some different choices, and got away from the Bush regime and had a great plan for us. His unfortunate choice of Palin is so awful and to me is a stong indicator of his current (and probably future) mind-set. She is hated by most Alaska Natives, for good reasons.

If McCain is and elected and dies while in office, I think we would not have a VP for a while. Chances are, at least until January 2011, the house and senate will be controlled by Democrats, who would be likely to not confirm Palin's VP choice. I think we'd have gridlock. I am not supporting McCain/Palin anyway. If McCain had chosen a SERIOUS, qualified VP candidate like Lieberman or Giuliani, I might feel differently. But I think Palin is a joke.
