Without looking here are my answers:

1. The Constitution outlines a basic set of civil rights and a blueprint for governing the U.S.
2. Bill of Rights
3. Which would you like? Executive, Legislative or Judicial?
4. Two
5. Nine
6. 18
7. April 15
8. Massachusetts, Maryland and Pennsylvania
9. Woodrow Wilson (I misread it as WWII and initially gave Roosevelt & Truman as answers)
10. Guam

Not a very difficult quiz.

To finish Littlesongs' answer to #8.
Vermont, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Delaware.

Georgia (I believe) the 14th state in the Union but I could be wrong on that one.

Also acceptable for #10:
U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Mariannas.

:-)

It's yours too, you know.

Unless you are not a citizen.

I hear Gin doesn't go well with the Vodka and Rum. Try one bottle at a time, with more mixer, less booze. Drink your water and try not to start rocking too hard too early.
