This is nothing to joke about. The election could be also called off later in October. I'm not sure if it's set in stone but 7 days is the target from what I gather. That would be about Saturday when the Stock Market is closed.

1. Declare a "bank holiday," where all banks are closed and transactions are stopped until further notice. (hope everyone has enough cash to sustain themselves through it)
2. Freeze trading of financial sector stocks. Or just shut down all trading until it's fixed. Probably just as bad an idea as above.

As for the blacks rioting if Obama doesn't win, that's just stupid, there's more than one black presidential candidate. Alan Keyes is running under (I think) Indendependent Party.
