I cannot wait for this movie which arrives in theatres in December and is already getting alot of Oscar buzz on the festival circuit.

Check out The Wrestler:

And Bruce Springstien was commissioned to write a song for the soundtrack.

Neither rasslin' nor Springsteen are of interest to me...

Looking thru imdb.com's list of upcoming movies, so far I see:

"The Express", about the first black Heisman winner, comes out 10/3

"Madagascar: Escape To Africa", comes out 11/7

"The Tale Of Despereaux", comes out 12/19

Not exactly excited about any of 'em, but interested somewhat...

I'm much more excited about next Wednesday's screening of the Buster Keaton classic "The General" with live theatre-organ accompaniment at The Elsinore Theatre, a gorgeous fully-restored 1926 movie palace in downtown Salem. :-)

Choke looks interesting.

I think Sam Rockwell is an awesome actor. Top 10, for me.

Yes on both, Choke looks awesome and the Elsinore is in fact an awesome venue although I liked the Capital much better as a kid. Also loved the newsstand that was next door to the now defunct Capital. In fact that newsstand was the first place I bought porn mags from. I thought I was the man back then because I turned 18 before most of my classmates.

I know TMFI
