Yes! That's Dave "Records" Stone. What you're looking at on the September 2, 1987 K-2 News story reported by Brooks Burford, is Stoner at the KISN transmitter site studio at 4617 N.E. 158th Ave. on September 2, 1976.
Then you see KKSN 910 "Kisn 91" having just moved from the transmitter location on August 24, 1987 to its new studio location in the old KPAM-FM building Newsroom at 4700 S.W. Council Crest Drive.
Looking to the right side of DJ John O'Brien was a window that looked into K-Lite 97-FM studio. The window directly facing John O'Brien was the large former Orchestra studio which had been turned into sales cubical's.

That's an awesome clip!
Craig I remember going up to Council Crest with my Father, and skateboarding around the parking lot there. I wouldn't of guessed it, but 6 years later we would be working together at Kisn!
