What are some of Portland's best Media Rep Firms?

Unfortunately, those are media buying services, not "rep" firms. They might work with a media rep firm on some pieces of business.
Rep firms represent the stations that are outside the market to the agencies and media buying services.
I believe there are still some rep firms in Portland, but I don't know their names. McGavin-Guild used to be one, but I think they were bought out by Interrep or Katz and the Portland office was closed, but not sure about any of that.
Perhaps if you contacted some ad agency media departments they could tell you.

I know there is Katz Media & Interep media offices in Seattle, but most of the national business done by big cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Dallas. Seattle, may have at least 3 or 4 people working in the office.
As for media buying companies in the Portland area, I know there is Rubin Postaer and Associates (RPA), X-Factor.
