Palin’s pastor, Larry Kroon, introduced Brickner on Aug. 17, according to a transcript of the sermon on the church’s website.

“He’s a leader of Jews for Jesus, a ministry that is out on the leading edge in a pressing, demanding area of witnessing and evangelism,” Kroon said.

Brickner then explained that Jesus and his disciples were themselves Jewish.

“The Jewish community, in particular, has a difficult time understanding this reality,” he said.
Brickner’s mission has drawn wide criticism from the organized Jewish community, and the Anti-Defamation League accused them in a report of “targeting Jews for conversion with subterfuge and deception.”

Brickner also described terrorist attacks on Israelis as God's "judgment of unbelief" of Jews who haven't embraced Christianity.

"Judgment is very real and we see it played out on the pages of the newspapers and on the television. It's very real. When [Brickner's son] was in Jerusalem he was there to witness some of that judgment, some of that conflict, when a Palestinian from East Jerusalem took a bulldozer and went plowing through a score of cars, killing numbers of people. Judgment — you can't miss it."

Palin was in church that day, Kroon said, though he cautioned against attributing Brickner’s views to her.

I can't wait to see Sean Hannity's reaction to this!

Yeah. Because a person's Pastor or Reverend should NEVER be talked about in determining anything about anyone ever.

Right.

Got it.

Hey! You're Tony Randall!

This is an election issue. She belongs to a nutbag church. If this is an issue for Obama, then shouldn't it be an issue for Palin? Or do conservatives get to have it both ways?

" please explain how tony randall-the actor has anything to do with this??"

No.

But back to the Pastor. I do not assign his beliefs to be hers. But what I DO want to see is those who went after Obama for Wright's stuff, to go after Palin for her Pastor's comments.

Until that happens, they are all hypocrites and it should be noted and taken into consideration when quoting, believing or trusting them.

So let it be done. Go ahead...

Here's another Election issue from Dr. Tim Kane of McCain's economic team stated today on the Larson show that McCain wants to freeze all federal spending until the balance is budget.

This also includes Social Security. And Obama isn't leading in Florida?

Where were you a few months ago when mud was being slug at Obama because of his pastor? Was that OK because he was a Democrat?

Andrew- I didn't kick obahma. But his pastor really scares me. I remember when you used to go to church to visit GOD. and were a guest in his house. and he was the center of attention. now if you go to a liberal church, you have to buy into social issues. or in a consertive church support the religious right. or not be welcome. what ever happened to going to Gods house to visit with GOD.

Got it, Steve: that typical right-wing hypocrisy in action. Obama's former paster "scares" you, but when someone raises the same questions about Palin's former pastor, it's "throwing mud." Have a nice day!

>> see Sean Hannity's reaction

I would think Michael Medved or Dennis Prager would be more concerned as devout Jews...but don't think they'll even bring it up in their shows.

PLLEEEEASSSE, you really think Pat Robertson or James Dobson think their churches are God's houses? They are on their own agendas in God's name. What's more, YOUR pastors scare ME. BTW, the proper spelling is conservative.
