Not much to be surprised about.
Note the hammer and sickle in each of the stars and it will make more sense.
My brother, who thinks everyone to the left of Ann Coulter is a "liberal puke," see's it the same way. To him, and many like him, "that McCain guy is a flaming liberal."

Good. I hope Lars has the balls to not vote for McCain. I'm willing to bet that he doesn't though. He'll talk a big game, but behind the curtain he'll check the box for McCain.

Until McCain get's it, as far as the immigration issue is concerened. I won't vote for him either. Secure our borders or it's time for you to go on permanent vacation if you are a elected official.

If this is a view he personally supports, I hope so.
There are several conservative parties with Presidential candidates.
Have I mentioned politics1.com here yet? It's not perfect and probably misses someone somewhere, but it does list many third party and nonpartisan candidates (unfortunately, after listing the "big box" candidates in huge print at the top of the page).
