This week's new music on 94/7 included SANTOGOLD, THE KOOKS, MINT CHICKS, LITTLE JACKIE, LENKA, THE URGENCY, M83, TOKYO POLICE CLUB, TILLY AND THE WALL, MGMT, SHINY TOY GUNS, ULRICH SCHNAUSS, RA RA RIOT, and BRAZILIAN GIRLS.

I like the canned intro Squid has. Its creative and funny and stands out as very unique.

I've always enjoyed listening to Squid. I will have to check this out! The cool thing I like about94.7 is that they still play More "New music" than any other station in portland. Not all of it is good but at least they are breaking new bands. There are so many great bands that are not getting airplay, that SHOULD BE. Nice Job 94.7

Talk about a jock that does his research, lives and breathes the format, in charge of imaging the station, and is humble on top of that.
I heard this feature the other night, and it was a breath of fresh air! So, two new features, "New Music" and "Track 7" from 94/7, at least they're not stale, rather producing some great station features. Nice job Hamilton and Squid!

If I'm not mistaken, Squid has been at the station over a decade.
