Got a call on this from a friend and sure enough it's a simulcast. Didn't listen long, so this could be satellite music on both 103.7 KXPC & Rocket 107-1.

Any chance he could have been hearing K296FT from Portland (West Haven) instead of rocket 107.1?

That's what it must be! Forgot about the West Haven translator and I wasn't in Portland at the time I checked. Usually I get K-Love on 107.1 on the Beaverton side but I think my caller friend lives in S.E. Portland. This is what I get for not DXing FM that much anymore.

The translator comes in all over the eastside! I'm surprised it doesn't do as well in Beaverton.

107.1 from Sweet Home came in pretty well on Portlands westside in the past...don't know reception now with KXPC's translator.

The two (107.1) signals mix together on the west side of the metro.
