Try checking out the newspaper. If you see written English you might begin to understand how capitalization, punctuation and proper spelling works.

Possible, but the screen name tips it in favor of a djfresh type poster. You are, however, right. The insult type responses are a bit out of line, though like our friend djfresh, Mr. Radiohustla tends to be a hit and run poster rather than one who shares in discussions.

So maybe play the odds.

A small fraction of the inane posts are from disabled people. The rest have serious issues.

I'll gladly suck it up to the disabled person and make it right when warranted. The rest of them need the social pressure for their own good.

Too bad a passionate person who can speak proper english isn't enough to draw an audience on sports radio. Gavin is proving to be too cool for my room -- too much slang, abbreviations (don't work in spoken word like refering to people by their initials and using "sked" in place of "schedule" for instance) but that is what happens when you fall outside of the demographic which is where I find myself. By default I have gone back to Cowherd and wait for the afternoon programing. What emailing and text messaging has wrought on the written word is beginning to find its way into the spoken language and broadcasting. It is hell to get old.

Just to clarify; I wasn't attempting to insult the poster. I just referred to a previous poster who seemed very, very similar to this new one. I kind of got a kick out of djfresh anyway.

If this is indeed a disabled person, then please take no offense from me.

Whats interesting is those who are deaf and know/experience near nothing of radio can communicate with us RF geeks via pdxradio...amazing!

I have followed the career of gavin since his first radio job. In one to two years he will be a major talent at least in the N.W. Travis at the fan is another up and comming talent. Chad will take a little longer but he will arrive too. just my predictions. what do i know i have only been in the business 36 years lol

I like the new show, better than Kenny & Katy... but think it would be better if it was Gavin and Kenny instead of Gavin and Chad.

Too much Blazer discussion on The Game. I can understand it during the season but this is ridiculous.

I don't think Dj fresh aka Radiohustla is a disabled poster.

I believe a literate disabled poster would be aware of the inaccuracies in postings rendered by voice recognition, and would present a disclaimer up front. I doubt Radiohustla is disabled...but (s)he could easily solve this mystery right now.

I suppose we could expand the meaning of "disabled" to include those that seem to take pride in their own ignorance.
