Canadian health officials have isolated bacteria responsible for causing widespread illness. Noticing an increase over the past few years Official say many Canadians reported flu like symptoms, but no flu was discovered. The reports increased through the winter then decreased as the weather warmed.
While no cure is yet available, the disease has been traced to bacteria that favors ice rinks. The common link was that the majority of cases originated in youth hockey players and spectators. The health department is now ready for next years out break and should have a vaccine available for the PUCK FLU by December
