I know that this thread provides too many opportunities and easy targets to have some fun ( I mean, come on, who doesn't know before you even participate that some of this will sound silly to say out loud? I don't care - have at it. I'd be a hypocrite to pretend like I don't do it ). Also, I know that many will just say " That's made up. " Or " I don't believe in that stuff." That's fair. I can understand why. I think I've shown some ability to laugh at myself too along those lines.

But I am genuinely curious;

What are you watching out for in an Anti-Christ?

Many people believe that The Anti-Christ will come in the form of a politician. Do you?

Have you felt like someone was The Anti-Christ, then it was shown not to have been an accurate feeling about someone? If so, who did you think might be? ( I'll admit, I thought Jerry Fallwell might be. I was wrong ).

Just speaking from the heart here now, just saying what you BELIEVE. You can't prove it, so this is a rare chance to just state what you believe without having to back it up with Biblical cites. In fact, I think it would be awesome if you just spoke from the gut and go out on a limb and describe how YOU feel about it. Not WHY you feel it. We already know why " Because The Bible says..." I mean, it'd be tough to believe in an Anti-Christ without believing some part of the Bible. So let's just jump right over that and get to how you feel and what your brain or heart tells you. If you believe in God, then trust in that gift that has brought you to that place and express it - out loud - no matter how ridiculous others may think it sounds.

What qualities will The Anti-Christ possess?

What will happen to people that are fooled by The Anti-Christ? ( On Earth and after? )

I have to admit, I don't know a heck of a lot about Anit-Christ theories.

But consider this;

Say you could come up with a strong enough containment field, and you introduce into it Christ AND the Anti-Christ.

If you could somehow harness the resulting energy from the reaction and use it to propel something like a Starship, think how fast it might go!

Pretty darn fast I think!

Is it a politician, or a pop culture figure.

I honestly feel that if it goes down the way the bible and or Nostradamus says it will happen it will be a person who comes out of complete obscurity.

Most people I feel think on this issue too small. IE we as Americans feel it will be one of our own but thats thinking too small. It is going to have to be an international figure and does it really have to be someone who claims christianity as their faith? I don't think so.

Thinking about it all more does it really have to be a person at all? Why can't it be a piece of technology?

I have thought that if it is indeed a person it will most likely be a person with very strong ties to the Middle East. Therefore here are a couple of suspects:

Osama Bin Laden
or
Mahmoud Abbas

If its technology:
The internet
The pda type cell phones

I have a hard time imaging the possibility that it is an American but if it were an American it would have to be:

Huh, here I was thinking that Hitler already did it, or was it Nero. Mebbe I have it all wrong and the whole Anti-Christ thing is like a title belt or championship trophy. I should have guessed it. Over the centuries, we keep passing it from one bloodthirsty madman to the next. There ought to be an Anti-Christ hall of fame somewhere, like in Michigan.
