1. Let the victim's families oversee the court's proscribed sentence.

2. Simply hand convicted sex offenders to the Israelis.

I think it would be better to make it quick, quiet and painless. But most of all quick. I like the message that it sends; This is our soulution. No going back now. Every appeal has been exhausted. Let's just do it so that kid knows it's over.
