I either read or heard somewhere recently that FOX News was not so subtly calling for the USA to go to war against Iran. I watched a bit of FOX News recently and yes, I’m sure most objective viewers would say FOX News is on the war against Iran bandwagon. Short of George W. Bush making a major push to find Osama Bin-Laden, war against Iran will be the 2008 October Surprise. |

Did Fox News happen to say why we should go to war with Iran? |

It doesn't take someone with a 3rd grade education to figure out their desire FOR war is real. |

Iran is said by some to have a secret nuclear weapons program. And the highly discredited neo-conservatives, with Dick Cheney as their leader inside the White House, are pushing for war against Iran to destroy this weapons program. Whether the Iranians have a program in place or not, I cannot conceive of how we could possibly engage Iran in conflict that could invariably turn Iraq, the Russians and the greater terrorist community against us even further. We think the situation in the Middle East is shaky now, wait until the United States, and perhaps Israel go to war against Iran. This just seems ludicrous. Talk about a recruiting tool for the terrorist community, this is perfect ammunition for such an endeavor. And again, it would be a nearly go it alone effort. Why can’t George W. Bush find anyone crazy enough to wage another war with him? |

Curious about how Iranian people see things? A survey was taken a exactly a year ago by Terror Free Tomorrow. Another survey was conducted by WorldPublicOpinion.org in January of 2007. |
