It would certainly make my mother happy. She's not very enthusiastic about Senator Obama, but liked the message of former Senator Edwards. With Edwards on the ticket, I'm sure it would make a difference with bread and butter Democrats that supported both Senator Edwards and Senator Clinton. They appealed to largely the same block of Democratic voters. It would make an excellent merger.

I've liked John Edwards as a candidate for almost two election cycles. Since I have spieled before about him, I will concentrate on the two wonderful women who would be part of that ticket.
It would certainly ensure that Elizabeth was involved in the intricacies of any health care conversation. I look at that in and of itself as a valuable asset. Of course, Michelle Obama is also familiar with the system from her time working at hospitals and with children. If it came to pass that an Obama-Edwards ticket were elected, Senator Clinton would also join the conversation. In the end, you would have three strong women bound as allies on a mission to fix a broken system.
Combine that strength with the dedication and clout of their husbands and a long promised dream might be realized for our country.
