So I won't spoil it for anyone but did anyone catch last nights 2 hour season finale?

Was anyone else surprised at the identity of Jeremy Wrenthem? It was not who I suspected at all I thought it was the mysterious black man who had been visiting various people from the island.

Is it just me or does the appearence of Walt in this episode visiting Hurley not make any sense? I thought he was dead. At least that is what is insinuated in the backstory for Miles.

Next Season should be explosive.

Did you see the commercial for Octagon Recruiting?

Here are alternate endings to last night episode.

My parents taped it last night and as I am aware, they are viewing it right now.

Personally (flame me if you must) I think programmes like "Lost" make me truly glad we have things like public television.

(It's not just limited to that......I could probably name about 100 other commercial network TV shows that also make me feel that way.......... ;o)

I am surprised at that response Motozak but to each his own. While yes I do agree there is much subpar programing and garbage in general on television today Lost is truly unique in it characters and storylines.

Its a show you can't just "pick up" on instead it is a continually changing and evolving storyline which has expertely used the cliffhanger with nearly all its episodes.

Yes there are those who don't like Lost for its in depth storyline which is at times complex and even at times mind boggling it is still truly unique of anything that has been on television in ages if not ever.

IMHO

I get Lost when I watch Lost. I think you really have to be in it from the beginning and keep up with it or it is confusing.

I sort of like Eureka on the Sci-Fi Channel. It's just a weekly show and each episode is it's own. No need to have watched every one.

The most facinating thing is the tie ins to historical people and events, references to films, books, scientists, therorists, Most I've only discovered thru the "ENHANCED SHOWS" though some like Farradys name, and the Wizard of Oz tie in I caught on my own...... fab-boo!!!

Ok Michael, you can go now.....

--BOOM--

Now, THAT's an exit.... poor Walt.

Jin isn't dead....

and where is Farraday and his last boatload of people? The ship is gone, the island is gone..
No known characters on the boat only "extras" and Farraday. did they go when the island moved?

Wonder why Ben had to Blow up that chamber to get to the Donkey wheel you would have though it would have another access. Hope it stayed in the tropics! Some weren't dressed for colder climes!

Sooooo, everyone has to go back to the island including the Dead John Locke, yet Claire appeared to Kate and said DO NOT TAKE THE BABY BACK.......

HMMMMM

Since the island has Time/Space capabilities will the end reveal everyone dead will be alive and other than some turbulence, the plane never crashes? Bet that Pennys boyfriend wind up killing her Dad.... HATED Ben's daughter taking the bullet to the head.... TOO GRAPHIC A VISION and totally unnecessary real attention getter though!

DO do DO do DO do DO do...................

Good Stuff! I totally forgot that Penny was Widmore's daughter! Uh oh!

Unfortunately, we have MONTHS to ponder it all.

It's as bad, or worse, than being a little kid waiting for Christmas! Speaking of Christmas (Story), how come Ben's hands didn't freeze to that wheel?

I also liked the look on Jack's face for the Kate/Sawyer (yowza!) kiss.

But you gotta love the Hurley!

Who is Kate referring to when she said to Jack, "I've got to get back, He's going to be wondering where I am?" Aaron?

Wizard of Oz tie in?? Is Jacob the Wizard? I don't get the reference.

How long do we have to wait till the next season? Winter 09 or Fall 10? Is the next season the final season?

I am really anxious to see how John Locke/Jeremy Wrentham gets off the island let alone what happens to his mindset that leads him to willingly or unwillingly leave the island. When he leaves the island does he lose the use of his legs again? That would suck. I understand Ben leaving the island I just don't understand Locke wanting to leave willingly.

And what about Walt? I thought he was dead. WTF. I thought he flipped out/acted out when he got back to NY and joined a gang and died of gang related violence. If not who was Miles channeling/talking to when he went to Walt's grandmother's house. Was he channeling/ talking to Micheal? And whats the deal with the money Miles found?

Its interesting to me that Ben has gone from villian to somewhat hero in the course of the series.

What did Miles and the girl (whats her face?) talking about before making the decision to stay on the island all about. Were they born on the island?

Is the helicopter pilot going to play a greater role in the next season?

As for weeds I would like to get the series on DVD as I hear it is a good one.

Anyone else seen the previews for Fox's The Fringe starting in the fall? Its also from JJ Abrams and Damon Lindeloff. Looks awesome without elaborating on the storyline.
