I think Jammin 1075 should pick him up and throw him on afternoons. The guy is Damn good and really entertaining. He did nights on Z100 a while back!!
This is how I think the jock lineup should go on jammin 1075

5-10am- The Playhouse

10-3pm- Stacey Lynne

3-7- Ck and the Bad Boy Broadcast

7-12am - Stevie G

This Line up would Blow Z100 away!! I miss hearing good, LIVE radio talent on the air. I sure hope Jammin brings in some Killer live air talent! Portland is LONG overdue for some good jocks!

CBS fired Stacey Lynn, why the hell would they hire her back? She's a good air talent, but not for a hip-hop station. Having worked with her, she and hip-hop go together like peanut butter and salsa.

Doubtful they could even pay her what she's "worth" anyway.

Maybe DJFrresh? Whatever happened to that looney anyway?

Stacey Lynne worked at z100 for what, close to 10 years??? Something Like that. That obviously says SOMETHING about her.
I think shes one of the best Top 40 jocks in the country! Better than any of The LA talent I've heard. I thinks she could do the jammin format better than anyone, still sounding hip hop, but not annoying like some of the hip hop jocks.
The movin format was flawed, plain and simple! The station had no potential, no matter what jocks were on the station. Playing a bunch of 90's rap songs with no new music is RIDICULOUS! Its like the 80's format, who the hell is going to listen to JUST 80's music non stop??? Sooner or later you're going to get burned out of bon jovi or Madonna no matter how much you love them!
If jammin wants real talent, and not just a liner card reader, Stacey is one of the best, CK and the Badboy Broadcast is pretty damn good too.

Disk Jockeys are like stereo equipment, You get what you pay for! Look at the talent on Z100, currently! They sound like small market dj's PLAIN AND SIMPLE! Why the bell can't Z100 get better air talent??? Portland is number 25 in the market!
Why don't they get stronger air talent?? They are too cheap to get any one good on the air. What are they paying the current jocks on Z100?? 12 bucks an hour? No wonder the talent is WEAK! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Sorry..I also agree that Stacy Lynne would be weak for a Rhythmic CHR...that's kind of like saying let's bring back Connie Breeze and let her be on Jammin...an ex Portland radio gal that was also pretty damn good back in the early days of Z100 too...but not really in the demo these days.

I think Stacey lynn would ROCK on jammin 1075, but I don't think they are going to bring her back.(although I wish they would!) She's got the high energy and the personality for that station.(shes one of my favorite jocks!!
On a side note, Im more curious if Alexa is the same girl from Jammin 95.5. (Is this the same Alexa "the girl next door" from the early days of jammin?? And is she live or not??? I haven't heard her yet, but I hope CBS is smart enough to put a LIVE jock
in the middays. If they start doing This voice tracking CRAP than they will start to sound like Z100, and Z100 sounds AWFUL! Not only that but Z100's ratings STINK! If CBS went to all the work to bring the playhouse over to 1075, I hope they don't destroy the rest of the dayparts by Voice tracking!
I agree with Timberfake, I hope they bring Stacey back(Afternoons maybe?) Alexa is damn good(if she is LIVE!), but i think Stacey is a lot better.

Perhaps JustinBunsBeano and Stacy should set up a double date with Herb and Eve.

Justin, You are making some good points. I agree that Stacey is a great talent, but you're starting to sound like a broken record!
