"Bush plans active campaign role for GOP"

Excellent! The more Bush, the better.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/24712745/

And, this shows just how desperate John McCain is. Bush is toxic. No one would want him campaigning on their behalf for a national election, unless you are unable to raise enough money on your own.

Summary: McCain is selling himself out for money because he doesn't have enough support to raise the money on his own.

YES!!! DOUBLE YES!!!

It couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of people. Can't wait for the ADs.

The Republican, oops! I mean American Republican, oops! George Bush, is here to ask you for your vote for his good friend the Republican, I mean his good friend and great American John McCain, running as an American, who will do the right thing for Americans, wanting a better America.

And it's GOP, not Republican. More people don't make that connection, so expect to see a lot of GOP and American, and Hero, and President in there because those things have been impacted the least by Bush.

It's going to be a solid stream of gaffes over which positioner HURTS them the least, while delivering the most votes possible, given the losses.

Painful.

Betcha the focus group consultants are gonna MAKE A FREAKING TON BABY!!

I think now is the time for a whisper campaign that goes something like this:

Psssst! "Hey, did you know that GOP really means Republican?"

"Yeah, I think so. What's the deal with that? The Democrats don't have two names, how come the Republicans do?"

"I heard that Republicans are trying to say GOP more because it sounds better because of you know who."

"You mean that ass clown Bush?"

"Yeah, exactly! Funny isn't it?"

"Didn't he throw McCain under the bus earlier this term?"

"Totally hammered him and now here he is all Republican Hugs and Kisses, hoping to score."

"Embarassing."

"You know it's bad when saying Republican makes McCain look bad enough to hide behind American, but it's even worse that GOP stands for Grand OLD PARTY!"

"Jesus! Look at the guy, he just might tip over right now."

"Doesn't look good"

"Nope, sure doesn't. Hey, when is that Obama rally?..."

George W. Bush, the most despised man in America behind child molesters and people who prey on the elderly. I can’t wait to see how the McCain campaign uses him this campaign cycle. His only real asset is his ability to raise money. This means he’ll fly into any given city (preferably in the southern United States) under the cover of darkness, drive to an event where every participant has been approved by the Republican National Party, make his worthless oratory, shake a few hands, take some pictures, goes back to the airport and leaves town as quietly as he arrived. I mean really, he’s a popular as a bastard at a family reunion. Unless he’s asking for a handout, he’s irrelevant.

He wasn't my first choice, either...Alan Keyes was.

But anyone who so engenders hatred by leftists as Mr. Bush has to be doing something right.

No he doesn't. Not all people are innocent victims. Just because someone is called out on their bullshit doesn't mean that they are somhow righteous.

Man, you are so twisted lately. Your logic NEVER holds up, Mr. Warrior. Just say you are sorry and move on.

I‘m sure the families of those killed in Iraq would love a personally penned note from Herb telling them how wonderful a job George W. Bush has done as commander in chief. I’m sure it would give them great comfort.

Bush did not draft any soldiers. Thats part of the program, be ready to die for your country. They know that going in, the people here just have to learn it.

"But anyone who so engenders hatred by leftists as Mr. Bush has to be doing something right."

Yep, the shrub had done all the right things for helping the Republicans lose power, a process that began two years ago.
Snuffing out thousands of soldiers for a war about oil and the greed of mankind, turning the Republican party brand on its ear, ruining the lives of tens of thousands of wounded soldiers not only by bumbling into a war with no planning but also failing to provide the logistical support for the troops, totally alienating all but the most ignorant Americans by continuously lying about the status and progress of the war, lying about WMD's, lying about ... the list is endless. Yes Herb, he has done more for the Democrats and social liberals than anyone could have dreamed of. Thanks shrub.
