How is listenership to HD2 channels figured into Arbitron ratings? If a listener states they are listening to station KXYZ on HD2, does it count towards the station's overall ratings? |

I've been pondering a related question: what are the legal ID requirements for the HD-2 and HD-3 subchannels, if any? I don't know the answer to this because I'm not part of "the digital installation plan." |

I would not expect to see the meters that quickly. ARB is really having problems with sample in Houston and Phili. I would expect to see the rollout of other markets slow down considerably. |
