Edit~

[L]ong story short: after having worked [for a certain national burger chain] for well into four years and seeing what happens in the kitchen, I would never repeat NEVER eat at that particular property or any others again, even though I only really know what happens behind the scenes at one particular location!

I'll leave it up to your imagination to fill in the blanks here, however Justin, you seem to have hit some of it spot-on..........

B.T.W., sidenote: if it's "Taco Night" at Old Country Buffet, please try and avoid the refried beans and ground hamburger!!

I don't mind re-fried beans but it's those Thrice-Fried ones that scare the hell out of me.

BTW.....You and Justin eat out way to much! Try some good old fashioned home cooking.

DT - sometimes it's that home cooking that makes those thrice-fried beans!

The gift that keeps on giving.

I have a story. There used to be a Chinese delivery outfit here in Spokane called Jimmy Chang's Express ... when I was in management with Domino's I used to trade with them, pizzas for Chinese food, and they would bring it to me. They ended up shutting down suddenly after the news leaked out that their sweet and sour pork was actually sweet and sour cat. Yep, they were serving CAT!

I can honestly say I've had sweet and sour cat. *hurl*
