1150 has changed formats again!!! It is now "Radio Mison Cristiana" (Christian Mission Radio). When I tuned in, shortly before 7:00PM, they were playing Contemporary Christian music with Spanish lyrics. There was an announcement that some big change was coming to 1150 AM, although what that change will be remains a mystery. At 7:00 PM, the station went into a block of commercials. I wasn't able to listen any longer, as I was in the car and had reached my destination.

What's up with KXMG? Is this another format switch, for the next book? On February 1, 2008 they switched to "Regional Mexican" from Mexican Contemporary, which would have been the Spring book.

Today they played an announcement that, translated, said something like "This is a test broadcast. Keep listening for something really big...." I suspect that the Bustos sales people are trying to find buyers for blocks of airtime and that the "big" development will be the arrival of preaching ministry type programs to 1150.
