Why? These young people are simply acting as they have learned. They are in gangs, their parents were probably in gangs, and their parents parents. They live in an area, that has been all but abandoned by the police, which only

I just find the whole idea of street gangs repulsive. Gangs are nothing short of criminal enterprises – and their members should be incarcerated. The young boy mentioned in the article should be removed from his mother’s custody and placed in the care of a responsible party, end of story.
