Heh. This is one case of big brother's watching - NOT! You have no expectation of privacy here. This road is public access to their property.
Diminished property values -- ha! Well anyway, these clowns had to furnish their address to file this lawsuit, so now the world knows where they live!

A house, 2 huge garages, a nice in-ground swimming pool, and a ticky-tacky fake wishing well on 1.83 acres.
