By far the best show in Portland! Infact I don't understand why they don't move them to mornings! I usually like music but lately I've been listening to their show and I have to admit I've been really impressed with it lately. Much Better than nelson and Terry!

Daria is funny no matter who you pair her with but I think Mitch is underestimated by many people. His real strength is that he recognizes his role on the show. He sets things up for Daria and then gets out of her way. There are people on other morning shows that should learn a lesson from him because they are making their shows weak by trying to be the star when they are not.

I would like to see a syndicated mornig show billed as "The most annoying radio show on the air"

Well maybe I was a bit quick on that, did they off the Bonaduce Trainwreck Express? I used to listen occasionally until that clown got on the show and the two went toe to toe all of the time trying to outdo each other. I quit listening at that point. Bonaduce wanted to be the star and always tried butting in. Those two always reminded me of Itchy and Scratchy from the Simpsons with the only difference being that Itchy and Scratchy were entertaining!

Bonaduce fulfilled his contract for one year. Carolla sat out the last few shows of that year in protest. I doubt they will foist another abrasive, spotlight-hogging cohost on him.

Regarding Mitch Elliott; he's a radio pro. He knows his part on the show an plays it well. By previous posts on this board I know not everyone will agree with me, but the chemistry on that show is really great. I hope they continue to evolve their show.

There is a funny Portland radio tie-in to all this... the old "Jamie and Danny" show from KYSR/Star 98.7 LA was also piped into the defunct KSTE/Star 105.9 for some time.

I agree, Daria and mitch is not a bad show. Although I wish Mike and Daria were still doing mornings on NRK instead of that ridiculous Voice tracked morning show they have on NRK.

I heard Daria & Mitch when in Portland over Thanksgiving week and thought it was a great show.

I met Mitch a couple of times when he was on the air here in Atlanta...genuinely nice guy.

Its like the stars on the old Match game, many you never heard of, although you'd occassionally see them as guest star on shows like love boat.
