Now Hillary can drop out of the race and become governor of New York! But what scandal is going to undo Lt Gov Paterson?

I don't and never have cared about who Clinton jad sex with, except it was with a government employee, in his chain of command. That makes it illegal. I have seen many military and civilian govt supervisors canned because of an improper relation with a subordinate.

If Clinton had confined his daliances with people that wern't in his chain of command, its between him and Hillary.

As far as the gov of New York, his daliances were of the paid varity, which put him at the risk of blackmail by organized crime types.

At the time I didnt really care about the sex but its the fact that Clinton lied to all of America about it that pissed me off. He should of just said he did it and moved on. Americans are forgiving.

I agree 100%. That's part of the thing that makes it so hard to move on - we're never given a REAL chance to do so unless someone really admits it all. Otherwise we still wonder and stuff. And then if you add a big FAT lie on top of it, well, forget it now. Nobody likes to be jerked around like that.

That being said, I ain't perfect either and still cringe at some of the lies I have told in my years. They bug me. I've made as good on them as I could - I'm still embarrassed by it though.

Politicians truly seem to be immune to any genuine shame though. Odd ducks.
