At a recent concert, near the end he takes off his guitar and throws it to the floor then as he leaves the stage he knocks over a stack of speakers nearly taking out Diamond Dave. Well they lasted longer than I thought they would anyway. Back to re-hab!

I think Eddie is screwing up and Dave is getting upset about it! Poor Wolfie get's to see his dad melt down up close and personal! So this will probably screw up any chance for a new album.

I find it a bit odd that Wolfgangs mother let him go on tour with Van halen, or that Eddie let him do this. isn't Wolfgang under 18?

Lets be honest, backstage is an adult playground. Lots of Strippers, bags of cocaine, lots of liquor, groopies, half naked women. I'm sure Wolfgang is in heaven . What 16 year old kid wouldn't dream of doing a line of coke off the ass of a stripper?
Sorry to be so graphic, but you have to admit, they are not sitting around drinking tea and eating crumpets backstage. (I'm sure Wolfgang will have great stories to tell his friends!!

Somehow I doubt very highly that there is any Cabo Wabo tequila on the rider. Maybe thats the problem though not enough tequila and a lack of Hagar.

I saw Van halen 5 years ago when they came to The Rose Garden (With Sammy) And they were AWESOME!! Sammy's vocals sounded awesome and they put on a killer show. I think the problem is Diamond Dave.

I saw Van Halen back in December and they sounded great. I think that was just a crappy vid.

Stick a knife in them their done! Heard this morning that the remainder of the tour is cancelled, hotels reservations cancelled, tickets being refunded, etc. etc.

I guess the reason is that Eddie has issues. Really!!!! What is amazing is that it lasted this long! I wanna see the Wolfie interview were he tells all about how he witnessed the meltdown up close and personal!

Yes fans, it's officially done! And most likely any hopes of a new album die with the tour! I just hope they hang it up before they ruin themselves. I don't want to remember VH for it's current failures but for their glorious past!

It makes you wonder if VH's problems were mostly Eddie over all these years? We know that DD is a giant ass but it seems like everything I've read Eddie is/was the main source of the problems.
