Worst case, she flames the whole nation, and the potential landslide ends up being just a solid win.

Best case, she groks the dynamic, and helps to build it up huge.

Either way, she will figure things out. I don't think it's possible for her to ruin the deal. Obama has the high ground and knows how to keep it.

Has over a million individual contributors too.

(that's just huge)

I think most democrats and all republicans would like her to exit stage far left.

And while conservatives should appreciate her doing the job for them, it's not easy to watch her throw such mud at a guy who has clearly taken the high road.

If anything, Mr. Obama has held off fighting back more than most people would.

I'm not sure this isn't a good cop/bad cop, routine set up by the DNC. Obama is going to be the nominee, and she's bringing out everything that the republicans could possibly use against Obama. Which will make it more difficult for the Republicans to bring up the same issues in the general election.

I gotta say, I totally agree with Nwokie. No, pinch yourself, I just said that I agreed with Nwokie. I was going to expand on that very thought on the Hillary thread, but I got the impression that nobody much cared.

One other thing that would have gone in that thread was how she dealt with her speech in New Orleans, because after the tough questions, she really seemed to get it.

I don't think she DOES get it though.

When she kept hammering at Obama last night about "possible plagarism" (when the exact same practice has probably occured as long as their have been political speeches and debates, taking bits and snippets of what others say and using them), it just SCREAMED of desperation. It made her sound like she was grasping for straws, left without answers, and just flat-out desperate.

Every time I see one of these debates, Obama shines more and more. His unwillingness to sling mud and ALWAYS to take the high road, if he can do this in the White House, things will get done.

For the first time in a LONG time, I'm truly excited about a Presidential election.

I think we can all agree that what's going on with Mrs. Clinton says a great deal more about her than her opponent.

This most recent and ultimately-failing slime attempt at releasing a photo of Mr. Obama in native garb has the Clinton's fingerprints all over it and makes me like Mr. Obama even more.

I think the most scandelous thing I have heard about Obama comes staight from his wife's mouth, when she was on Larry King Live.
Now hold on to your seats for this one.

She claims that Obama leaves his dirty socks right in the middle of the bedroom, and doesn't seem to ever pick them up.

Shame on you Obama, for not picking up your stinky socks!!!!!!

shhhh don't tell Hillary about this one.
