I love this forum. It's one of my favorite places to visit on the the web.
But I'll be moving to Puyallup in a few weeks. I've been searching for a message board similar to this one that focuses on the Seattle-Tacoma area and just can't find anything quite like it.

If one does exist it probably wont hold the same interest for me obviously, becuase I've lived in the Portland area since birth and remember well 62KGW and enjoy the nostagia and history factor. (I listened to the radio a lot as a kid in the mid 70's)

But I'll still enjoy reading the comments and thoughts of the people who made it happen - and are still making it happen.

Anybody have suggestions?
Thanks for reading my post.

Radio-Info.com has a Steattle-Tacoma board, and it looks to be pretty active.

Here's a Seattle radio site that's definitely worth checking:

http://blatherwatch.blogs.com/

It's a hosted site, it's got a definite take, and it can be way catty. It focuses on talk radio but it clobbers deserving targets in other formats as well.

I'm liking KOMO 1000 and KVI, although the latter is sometimes tough to get here.

...But you're welcome to check in here every now and again after you make the move... You're right, this IS a nice place to hang out!

Oh, and thanks for that last weather front that came from your area... The desert got one-third of an inch of rain, and the low clouds hid the tops of Camelback, the McDowell and Superstition Mountains from view. Other than the palm trees and cactus, it looked EXACTLY like the Great Northwet!!

Wow... hid the tops of Camelback and Superstition? That's some low cloud cover... those mountains aren't that high.
