I am at work this evening in downtown Portland and while tuning in something to listen to on the radio, I came across Tom Leykis on 1550. The signal is strong and fairly clear. No sign of KKAD. I presume I am hearing San Francisco, but I have not heard any commercials or ID. On the commercial breaks they are just playing bumper music. Or, perhaps KKAD changed formats?

I have heard Leykis on 1550, and it is not KKAD that is broadcasting the program (as I have heard Leykis playing under the KKAD nostalgia music). I doubt that it is the San Francisco 1550 that is broadcasting Leykis because that station is running an all-podcasts format that they brand "KYOU Radio."

When Leykis was on KIRO-FM (100.7), they could have done a "Leykis 101" promotion. I'm not sure that they ever did, though.

CBS could put Leykis on KUFO. It would be better than what they presently have in PM drive.
