Just got back from the coast. There is a restaurant in Lincoln City which features the "Lars Larson omelet". It is made with lots and lots of ham. I didn't order it nor did I ask which side of the pig the ham was from. |

It seems to me the pig farmers of Oregon should sue that restaurant for putting their product in a bad light. |

LOL. I can't remember whether they served sausage links with it. If they did, they could have called them "Lars fingers". |

Maybe the sausage links should all be 9mm long. |

It is called "Richens at the Beach", right on Hwy 101 (it is the old Sip and Sand). It is across the street from the bowling alley. |

Pier 101 is still there, right across the street from the old mortuary where Dale Omsberg stored 16 bodies in the garage before his arrest on Oct. 18, 1984. |

It must be close to Richens, as I believe Pier 101 is across from the bowling alley. |

It is on the same side of the highway, just north across the street (parking lot on the south side). Their address is 317 Sw Highway 101. |

Pier 101's Halibut Chips are the best. Can't go wrong with almost anything on Pier 101's menu it is indeed an Oregon Coast institution. As much as Mo's is too. |

Pier 101 has fresh fish, best as I can tell. They have a fish stew, cioppino or slumgullion that's terrific. |

Remember, no one wants to see sausage being made, which is like listening to Lars. |

How long do you suppose that poll is? I'm guessing 10 feet. I'm just going to leave it over there. |

I think I heard of the link between fatty foods and alzheimers, but I can't remember where. |
