You think GM will counter with the revival of the "Chevelle"?

I really despise the "remakes" of so many of Detroit's muscled past. The new Charger does absolutely nothing for me, nor does the GTO (which looks like a souped-up Bonneville to me).

The new Challenger looks bad-ass though. I always loved the old Mopars, wishing I could somehow turn my old 1974 Plymouth Valiant I had right out of high school into one ... it has the old look and styling, and I like this effort much better.

Now what we need is a big-screen remake of "Vanishing Point." We have the new car, so who would make a good lead in the Kowalski (Barry Newman) role?

Probably not. But they do have a new Camaro coming out next year.
