Mr. Huckabee is low on dough and Mr. Giuliani had staffers defer their pay, also.

Most of her staffers are also on her Senate Staff, technically thye don't get paid for campaign work, but as the Senate is out of session, their still getting a check from Uncle Sam.

The Senate is indeed in session, and no, her Senate staffers surely are not working on her campaign.

I gotta say that Nwokie has zero credibility. I can't count the number of times he's posted absolutely BUNK information.

You should apply with the North Koreans for the job of master bullshitter on the bullhorns at the DMZ.

Okie, and you ARE an Okie, the depth of your ignorance knows no bounds sometimes.

Do YOU actually believe what you write, or are you just trying to pull one over on people?

LOL --hard at Vitalogy! Master Bullshitter on the bullhorns! Freaking awesome man!

(added to playbook --can't wait to show that one off)

Mrs M, I think it just happens. Kind of just puts it out there and feels better having done it.

Bullshitter on the bullhorns is an all-time classic.

Clinton loaned herself five million dollars just in time for Super Tuesday.

Since the polls closed last night, Obama has raised five million dollars and counting from folks around the country.

Wow.

Hey.

Nwokie served this country honourably.

Before any of you Einsteins mock him, realize that it's because of guys like Nwokie that we even have a forum like this...and because of his dutiful military service we're not speaking Russian.

Rather than piling on the guy, you should praise God for men like him.

Don't be a bunch of leftist ingrates.

Hey, it's totally cool (and possible) to recognize and respect his service.

(which I do)

...and it's possible to do that and call bullshit when it's seen.

(which is is)

"Nwokie served this country honourably."

So did Al Gore and John Kerry. At any rate, I already said in this forum that ANYBODY who served in our armed forces gets a tip of the hat from me.

Now, back to the matter at hand, my Lie Detector meter needle is bent.

"would you tip your hat to W as well? "

I think the differentiating word is "honourably".

Yep, Tim McVeigh served our country too, do we have to respect him as well?

Look, serving our country doesn't automatically generate a pass for when someone is spewing complete bullshit. Respect is earned, not given based on title or past job experience.

I am sincerely grateful for Nwokie's service. Men and women in uniform make great sacrifices every day to preserve our liberties.

I am also appalled by his attitude, that having served in the past, he does not need to continue to staunchly defend those rights -- or the truth.

There are millions of Americans and millions of opinions. I lose respect for any folks who feel that America -- or the truth -- belongs to them alone.

Littlesongs:

I do not hold it against anyone who has not served this country in uniform, as Nwokie and I did in Vietnam. Just being born here or naturalized here gives anyone the same rights we fought for and earned.

Plus, unlike the WWII, Korea and Vietnam generation, there are fewer and fewer with military experience. I would never give the minority of us with that experience control over the speech rights or beliefs of those who have not served.

We may not all be brothers in arms, but we are brothers who share love and respect for this nation, even when we do not respect its leaders.
