Does anyone know why KLTH isn't broadcasting in Stereo?

I checked a few minutes ago, and they are back to stereo. Perhaps, it was due to some temporary glitch or maintenance.

I notice that K-Hits sounds muddy and lo-fi on a regular basis. It's a shame, because they're talent and programming is top-notch.

I've noticed their sound quality fluctuates; I figured it was a matter of different tracks coming from different sources. The amount of compression also varies from pretty decent to too much. And it is a shame, as I'd probably listen more if it always sounded as good as it does at times. I'm sitting here listening to a stream from Europe; 128/44 mp3 sounds better than anything I can find on the air. I miss radio ... can't reach my computer from my bed or while driving.

Yeah, as far as sound quality, Kool sounds a lot better.
