Anybody know where these stations might be? I had heard Bi-Coastal was going to offload some stations in Coos Bay, but these must be further up the coast. Newport? Florence? Astoria? |

What I wouldn't do for that opportunity. It is a hard life, but could be so rewarding. Although, I would prefer this being in Eastern Oregon. |

I believe there's only 1 commercial FM in Tillamook at this time unless we're counting Bay City. |

If it's the stations I'm thinking of, Tom Hodgens is the likely owner. I know he was trying to sell a couple of stations up there last summer. He is in Walla walla. |

Let me see if I can afford them...(checking wallet... checking online bank statement). Yes, I can! As long as they'll accept my offer of $97. |

I don't think that would work on the Oregon Coast. |

jay_zie.... for spanish to work on the Oregon coast you will have to get more of your illegal relatives to migrate to the coast. assuming there are enough jobs that legit Americans don't want to do there of course. |

Of course, now that I say that, I see this "mystery person" is no longer listed on the Cost 105 website. Oh well, sucks to be her. |

There is huge opportuity in radio on the Oregon coast. There is less competition, you don't have 30 other stations breathing down your back. Do what you say you are going to do, and people will be amazed. Thus, sales will soar. Some of you radio geniuses should pool your resources and give Tom a call. Those little stations would be an opportunity to put your money where your mouth is....... |

KIXT, Bay City and KDEP, Garibaldi. KIX 96 is country and Coast 105.5 is Hits from 80's, 90's and today. Both satellite except Coast has a morning show. Both have websites. |

Second adjacencies don't seem to be very viable here. Mt Hood is the only good shot but there isn't much population east of Gresham and the protected contour barely reaches it. |

Wasn't there something on here several months ago that Van Moe was involved with trying to move KTIL FM to Government Camp? That's a real rimshot into Gresham. |
