There is a local NW group that does acappella Gospel music named Rescue. I highly recommend seeing them if you ever get a chance. Their bass singer plays in our worship team at Church when he’s not on the road with them!

Not only do I know about the group Rescue, back in about 1998 my wife and I were producing a syndicated radio show called NW Music Radio. We feature local Christian bands and artists. Many came to our home studio's to be interviewed. Rescue was one of those groups.

It was an evening interview time and our kids were younger. It was bed time for both our kids and I asked the guys in the band if they would sing a song for my kids. They did. It was such a cool thing. After that we went right back to the interview. Great memory for me.

I am also deeply aware of the Nylons. But my favorite accapella group bar none...is Take 6.
