I think Herb was planning this whilst missing the most recent pdxradio.com gathering. He's been caught red-handed...uh...ham-fisted. SYDNEY, Australia (AP) - Some ham-fisted crooks have stolen tons of ham and bacon. Police report more than 17 tons of cured meats were taken from Anthony Zammit's warehouse in suburban Sydney, Australia. And the thieves even rubbed some salt into Zammit's bacon wound. Police say the crooks scrawled, ``Thanks'' and ``Merry Christmas'' before making their getaway. Zammit figures the bad guys got in by busting a hole in a wall of his warehouse. He says the stolen meat is worth up to $88,000. He's offering a reward of more than $4,400 for help in recovering his stolen ham and bacon. In the meantime, Zammit says his employees are working 24/7 to fill all their Christmas orders.

In an unrelated story, it seems that all of the green eggs were stolen from the egg farm.
