So upon scanning the FM bands for new SCA activity last night, I stumbled upon a slight hissing, buzzing noise on KUPL's 67kHz SCA channel. So far as I can tell it probably started last weekend and is still on-air as I write this. I can tell that it's not RDS, that is a loud, high-pitch buzzing noise (and also doesn't display anything on the truck radio, either.) Might this be a placeholder for a new analogue SCA channel, or possibly an FMeXtra installation?

Or has anything else been said about the latter, per chance?
