Has anyone else heard 94.9 KTEE? "The Tee" has brought AAA to Coos Bay/North Bend. KTEE's format reminds me of KSND, when it first moved to Salem.

I think KTEE was first classic hits, then hot AC then they switched to AAA, I don't know when. I could barely hear the station here in the Roseburg area (very difficult due to the mountains).

94.9 was Classic Hits until last month. The AAA format shares some songs/artists with Hot AC.

I like classic hits. Tell them to put it back.

Classic Hits is too boring and predictable for my liking. Plus, Bicoastal already has a Classic Rock format in the market.

I noticed they dropped the KACW calls on 107.3fm in favor of KOOS. Did they get rid of "Power 107"?

Not the way I do it!

Now, if they would only try live talent in a market!

KOOS was the calls at 94.9, apparently they've moved those calls to 107.3

RE: live talent... if you've ever worked in Coos Bay before you would know why they aren't fully staffed.

It is not Bicoastals fault that there is no money in that market.

The only thing Bicoastal can be accused of there is maybe spending too much money on properties in a market where there is no potential for a return on the investment.

"Power 107" changed it's calls to KOOS, when 94.9 changed to KTEE.

If Bi-Coastal is willing to try beating the odds with Triple A in a place like Coos Bay, maybe they will keep KLOO-FM intact.

Good point!

I wonder if KTEE will be able to afford any live voices.

I sure hope so, Randy.
