This from all access:

---------------------Boise Station For Sale On Craigslist-------------------

Silent KDJQ-A/MERIDIAN-BOISE, ID is for sale in an unusual way: the station's owner ROB COMBS took out an ad on CRAIGSLIST to look for potential buyers.

The station, which had been airing a Regional Mexican format, went silent in SEPTEMBER when a previous sale to CHURCHILL MEDIA failed to close; COMBS is looking for $800,000 for the station (reduced from $1.2 million), with the tower site separate but available for lease or purchase.

Do They Take Paypal?

Two hundred friends.

Four thousand frogskins a piece.

Uh-oh, we still need to actually pay to run the place? Darn details.

175,000 including the tower site!

800K is mighty steep for that especially a dark station

How about this one then:
Facility: 1KW Fulltime AM Station 1w FM (can go to full class C) – Major Market

Location: Northwest
Market: Confidential
Price: $350,000.00
Status: Currently For Sale

$150,000. for land and building - 5 1/4 acres commercial highway frontage
$30,000. for the tower - 150'
$60,000. for equipment all equipment is relatively new
$55.000. for licenses
$77,000 for 6 months revenue

The AM is 1 KW. We have a 7 year old BE transmitter.
The FM is 1 KW ERP. We have a 1.4 KW Elenos transmitter. This is 4 years old.
We have 2 RDS automation systems. These are 4 years old.
We have an Arrakis console that is 3 years old.
We have a new Arrakis automation system. We are installing it now.
The FM antenna and feed line are 3 years of age. The antenna is 2 bay
Shively with heaters. The feed line is Heliax.

This is from a brokers website. Their price of $350,000 doesn't add up to what they list as prices. It adds up to $372,000. I find the listed price a little low for being next to a "major market". Where is this, Sandpoint, ID. lol

The only major market in the northwest is Seattle! I can't think of any stations that qualify.

Apparently not Churchill's Regional Mexican Stations La X. Look at their Portland Numbers. They have a better coverage than La Pantera and La Pantera came out with better numbers than La X.
I think La X should be X'd out of the dial.
