New York, September 12, 2007 – Sundance Channel will air the world television premiere of Peter Bogdanovich’s 4-hour documentary Runnin’ Down a Dream: Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers on October 29th at 7:00pm e/p.
Encore airings of Runnin’ Down a Dream: Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers will air on Sundance Channel on Wednesday, October 31st at 3:00am and Saturday, November 3rd at 3:00pm.

with the rug still missing it pains me to watch television at home ,was hoping for the big screen,David gilmour new dvd was shown at the Lloyd cinema,and Springsteens "Live at Hammersmith Odeon" was shown across the country in Theaters but not here .............Thanks for the info ....good luck sunday

You can come over and watch it on my big-ass TV and great speakers. Last time I saw Petty (live), my ears rang for a day or so...

The whole " Concert Films " thing is one that I would keep an eye on and attend on a whim if there was a cool spot to check it out for a night or so. Seeing it with fellow fans and stuff - could be cool.
