What's wrong with the water these Hollywood nut jobs drink? Preparing for an alien attack? This guy is dangerous.

You believe everything from the "Star". There is no proof of anything in that article.

I am realling looking forward to Cruis's next movie, I usually dont like his movies, but he is playing Lt col Steufenberg(sp).

Some of these actors turned kooks have actually done some great movies. Cruise was unusually good in Collateral.

But he's still a kook.

Reagan or Arny kooks? C'mon now, you really haven't lost your grip that badly have you?

Kooks are Cruise, Sean Penn, Kevin Spacey, Danny Glover and the like.

Name me one thing kooky done by Reagan or Arny while they were actors?

Oooops. Some of these actors have become kook politicians! "Once a Kook, always a Kook!"

I kinda liked Ronnie though, Arny I am not so sure about.

How about the women Ahnold sexually harrassed?

Tom Cruise is an idiot. I lost all respect for him after his Matt Lauer interview. I wanted to punch him square in the nose.

He has never been convicted in a court, civil or criminal. If any of the women had any evidence, you would think someone would have won a civil lawsuit.

When women are hanging around a muscle gym it could be that they might want to be harassed. Or, at least, think they do.

During his initial campaign for governor, allegations of sexual and personal misconduct were raised against Schwarzenegger (dubbed Gropegate).[87] Within the last five days before the election, news reports appeared in the Los Angeles Times recounting allegations of sexual misconduct from several individual women, six of whom eventually came forward with their personal stories.[88]

Three of the women claimed he had grabbed their breasts, a fourth said he placed his hand under her skirt on her buttock. A fifth woman claimed Schwarzenegger tried to take off her bathing suit in a hotel elevator, and the last says he pulled her onto his lap and asked her about a particular sex act.[87]

Schwarzenegger admitted that he has "behaved badly sometimes" and apologized, but also stated that "a lot of (what) you see in the stories is not true."

An apology is evidence enough for me.

OK if someone apologises because they may have felt offended by something. That is admission they did something wrong?

Funny, they waited until a few days before the election, to make their complaints, I guess they were only offended if a future governor patted their rear. as long as it was Arnold the movie star/weight lifter it was ok.

Like I said, if it wasn't true, he simply would have denied it. But, there was some truth to the allegations, therefore he apologized.

Yep, just like the women who wear skimpy clothes at the bar are asking to be raped.

Why did the women wait until 5 days before an election, why did they have to be convienced by the democratic party?

And his apology was if he had done anything to offend them.

I dont know of any man, that hasnt apologized to a woman, for something, he has no idea what he did.

I managed to do all of the above when I was a bit younger. That's back when men were real men, not sissy liberals.

I'm surprised the S word hasn't been mentioned in this thread yet.

The reason Cruise is such a nutjob is due to his "religious" beliefs.

I thougt we quit harrasing people for their relegion a long time ago. I dont agree with scientologists, or wicen or several other relegions, but they have the right to their beliefs.

>>>"but they have the right to their beliefs."

So did the whacko in Waco, or Jim Jones, but people should know what they are all about so they can stay away.

The Scientologists have often been up to questionable conduct well outside religion. Why do you think Paramount fired Tom Cruise? A little rough stuff in the Paramount parking lot during Cruise's contract renewal didn't set too well with Sumner Redstone. He didn't care to have his CEO pushed and threatened by Scientologists, so the report goes.

Scientologist, LDS, Christian, Muslim...they're one in the same unfortunately. They're all cults and have beliefs based off fairy tales. Only difference is the variances of said brand of tales.

A pretty good example of why I am so against organized religion running things in this country. These so called loving, caring, giving organizations have just as many thugs and are just as autocratic as anyone else when given limitless power. Look at the thugery in the Bush White House and THEY are doing it all in the name of God.

I agree with this. Generally not in favor of organized religion.

However, I'm not sure I agree with the idea this administration is doing what they are doing in the name of god. They are doing it, largely because they can, and it's about control and dollar issues and nothing else.

The only reason they've wrapped it in god is to get the support of the 23 percenters.

My wife and I just watched "Friends of god" on HBO. Talk about a bunch of nutcases (and fruitcakes! Ted Haggard had been extensively interviewed before his cover got blown, pun intended.) It's scary that people like that have ANY pull in anything that goes on in society. I think they should all be in mental wards. Thank god I don't live in the south.

PS. If anybody watched this and tries to convince me that Ted Haggard isn't 100% gay, you'll fail. He's a textbook case of the biological factors of being born gay.

The difference between Scientology and the other religion/cults/whatever is that Scientology is just a pyramid scheme masquerading as a religion. They fail to meet even rudimentary qualifications of "religion" - just ask Germany(where Scientology is illegal).

Just ask the nutcases themselves, they'll tell you that you're free to practice Scientology while continuing to be a Christian/Jew/Muslim/whatever.
