Anybody watch the debate last night? Although I'm an Obama supporter and still plan to support him in the primary, I have to say that Hillary Clinton may run away with this. She looked very good and very presidential last night. I especially liked how she held her ground with Tim Russert. Some were saying afterwards that she ACTED like she was already president! She may be tough to stop, and if the GOP thinks they can beat her, they may be dreaming. All she has to do is win all the states John Kerry won, plus Ohio.

I'd also like to say that Joe Biden is growing on me and that both Kucinich and Gravel should be dropped from any further debates as they're not viable candidates and are a waste of time. In fact, I think Gravel may be a year or two from being sent to a padded room.

Gravel and Kucinich should definitely be dropped.

I didn't see the debate, wish I had. On cable? Don't have it anymore. Probably online somewhere...

Howard Dean looked to be the presumed nominee by late 2003 too. While I agree that Hillary looks pretty good, it's still too early to call it for her. We need to see some actual voting first.

I only caught the last half hour or so. Tim Russert looked like he was going to have a heart attack.

But you and I agree about the content Vitalogy.

"Some were saying afterwards that she ACTED like she was already president!"

It worked for Bush in 2000 when the election was in dispute.

Then you don't have a right to bitch about a GOP president if you vote for one.

Then YOU have NO right what so ever to bitch about anything that goes on in America.
No, that wouldn't be right. That would be taking away your freedom as an American. ANYWAY.... I'll fucking piss and moan about anyone I want to even if I vote the ass into office. If I don't think he is doing his job I will bitch. Don't like it....
Too bad.

You know, I just can't shake that feeling either.

Unless, of course, you are mocking those who are even thinking about voting for Paul. Then, yes, HAHAHAH, they are fools and will be dealt with without mercy.

Until I know for sure though, I like Ron Paul.

Trixter, you just lost any credibility you had here. If you say you won't vote for Hillary, that means you will vote for the Republican nominee, and that nominee could be the exact same thing as Bush. Yet you'd vote for him rather than Hillary? Spare me all your Bush bashing. You deserve any pain you get as far as I'm concerned, because I'm sure you were one of the suckers who voted for Bush in the past. I don't carry water for folks with self inflicted wounds.

I think Ron Paul should debate Mike Gravel, then we could hold a vote to see who is more nuts.

What's so nuts about Ron Paul? Explain in your own words.

Ron Paul is an extremist. While I admire his privacy and foreign policy views, I think the rest of his views are unrealistic and somewhat nuts, such as advocating for the elimination of the IRS and Federal Reserve. He should be running as a Libertarian, not a Republican.

We need extreme change, quick. And Ron Paul is the only candidate who's willing to bring that about.

Unfortunately, I don't think he's got a snowballs chance in hell of winning. Most voters are still living in the dark...

Fortunately and unfortunately, our system of government does not allow for extreme change, quick. That's why he has no chance.

Obama would be the clear choice between the two. McCain is a broken record who will continue a lot (but not all) of the damaging policies that Bush supports.

Actually, I like Kucinich, I admire his principles and admire the fact that he puts his money where his mouth is. I don't agree with all of his positions, but at least he's genuine. However, he's not a viable candidate for President.

Are you really advocating for the murder of a Presidential candidate because you don't like his position on issues?

I don't advocate a violent solution to anything. Just that the voters come to their senses and vote these people into oblivion.
