I love it when stupid people do stupid things and get their just reward!
It says no Police charges where filed, which I guess is OK, he'll suffer enough from the pain. However, the city should send him the bill for the Fire Department and Ambulance ride.
My other favorite theory is; Stupidity Kills. Just not often enough!

I love this part the best:

The man had a concert ticket, but officials said the group may have jumped the fence to avoid the fair's $5 entry fee.
